Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to subscriptions to products operated by ZUQAH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
Free trial
Vardham includes a 30-day free trial. No payment instrument is required to start it. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, the account simply stops — you are not charged, and nothing needs to be cancelled.
Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app, or by writing to support@zuqah.com.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the term you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a term that is already running.
Refunds
Within 7 days of a first paid subscription. If you subscribe for the first time and are not satisfied, write to support@zuqah.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
Renewals. Renewal charges are generally not refundable, because you have had a full term to decide. If a renewal was charged after you had already asked us to cancel, or you were charged in error, tell us and we will refund it.
Service failure. If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will credit or refund a fair proportion of the term affected.
Duplicate or incorrect charges. Refunded in full.
We may decline a refund where an account has been suspended for breach of our Terms of Service, or where we see a pattern of repeated subscribe-and-refund activity.
How to request a refund
Write to support@zuqah.com with the registered mobile number or email on the account, the date and amount of the charge, and a short note on what went wrong.
We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. The time your bank takes to post the credit is outside our control.
Purchases made through an app store
If you subscribed inside an app through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, that store — not Zuqah — processed the payment, and its own refund policy and timelines apply. Request the refund through Google Play or Apple. We can help you with the request, but we cannot process it ourselves.
Taxes
Refunds include any tax that was charged on the original transaction. A revised invoice or credit note is issued where required.
